About This Resource:
This cemetery is located on Route 678 south of McDowell in Highland County.
The cemetery itself is located to the rear of the church that was founded in 1880. Both the church and
the cemetery are on the National Register of Historic Places. The cemetery itself appears to be in good
condition and has several walnut trees that shade most of the area. There are a total of 168 names located
on the tombstones in this cemetery. GPS coordinates: N 038.16.179 W 079.32.615.
The cemetery was read and imaged in November 2006. The database and associated images
are the copyrighted work of William E. Wilson, Jr. who generously supplied them to the Allen County Public Library
for distribution to individual genealogical researchers.
